In this episode, I'm sharing a very personal experience after spending seven days flat on my back with a back injury. With no forest walks, no distractions and no way to keep busy, I found myself confronting something I hadn't fully seen before—the way I truly felt about myself.
We often talk about self-love as something we practice when we're feeling good. But what happens when you're disappointed in yourself, grieving, or questioning who you are?
This conversation explores the deeper layers of self-worth, identity and the transition into a new season of womanhood. As our children grow up, our roles change, relationships shift and life looks different, many women quietly begin asking the question, *Who am I now?*
