I was on a spiritual path, I knew that — but somewhere along the way I had stopped actually living it. I was so busy managing everything and everyone else that I had completely lost the thread back to my own intuition, my own needs, my own heart.
Until one day that all changed. The day I stopped waiting to feel ready and got back to basics — taking my power back over my own healing and my life, making time to reconnect to myself, and starting to actually honour what my intuition and heart were telling me. And since discovering this?
I wake up knowing what I need, and I actually give it to myself without guilt.
I trust what comes through for me instead of talking myself out of it before I've even finished the thought.
